Town Center South
By fronting the money for the sewer installation, the township hopes to get the development south of Route 33 started. Already approved are two projects for commercial property which will make the Town Center look more homogeneous. They are also advertising the land they bought to stop the residential project last year.

Redevelopment??
Meetings are being planned to discuss redevelopment along Route 130. The area includes Russert Deli, Colonial Motors, Shrimp King Restaurant, etc.
